Description
Participating Public Employment Services (PES) heard and exchanged around the experience of fellow PES on:
- Digital Transformation Strategy and legacy systems (the Netherlands);
- Governance and agile project management to drive Digital Transformation (Austria);
- Customer strategy for Digital Transformation at the Swedish PES (Sweden);
- Job Market Finland as matching platform (Finland).
The meeting was held in Amsterdam and hosted and chaired by the Dutch PES, UWV. It brought together representatives of 16 PES from Austria, Actiris-Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
The aim of the meeting was to further support PES’ digitalisation efforts via open and trust-based collaboration and to provide a framework for the remaining WG meetings which will focus on specific actions via which Digital Transformation can be delivered.
