Description
The seminar was organised by MoveS in collaboration with its German national expert on Free Movement of Workers, Ferdinand Wollenschläger and the Equal Treatment Body for EU Employees in Germany.
MoveS is an EC-funded network of independent experts from 32 European countries coordinated by Eftheia and Deloitte.
The morning session was devoted to the topic of access to social and health benefits for non-working Union citizens, including the EU legal framework and the national regulatory level. Current case law has been discussed.
The afternoon session was dedicated to the home care industry (live-ins). Perspectives from Austria, Germany and the EU Commission were presented.
