This session is part of the series on “Business Continuity Planning’’. The series will build up understanding of how to conduct an appropriate business continuity plan, what are the risks, and how to maintain the continuity of the ongoing processes and workflows.
The third session of this webinar series will create awareness on how business continuity planning could be prioritised and integrated within the operational workflows of microfinance institutions. In the scope of this webinar, the participants will shape their understanding in planning maintenance programs internally, choosing criteria, and testing developed and implied frames of business continuity planning.
The speakers will cover a number of sub-topics:
- Development of awareness and training programme
- Development of exercise criteria and procedure
- Lists of possible types of testing
- Plan maintenance program and improvement
- Scope and types of reviews.
The webinar series of offered by the Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) strand of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and attendance is free-of-charge.
