Panel: Future skills needs and developments.  

In the context of the Union of Skills, panellists will examine policy, industry, and worker perspectives on the future digital skills needs and challenges and opportunities.   

The discussion will be guided by a series of pre-prepared questions to ensure a dynamic and engaging exchange focuses on identifying practical priorities and solutions.   

The panel discussion will be followed by a 20-minute Q&A. Audience interaction will be encouraged through Slido, enabling real-time feedback and questions.

Two contributions from the Pact for Skills community focused on examples of work of approaches addressing related topics including LSPs, COVEs, Alliances and Academies.
