Biography
Mr Jutte is the Director for Employment and Social Governance, Analysis at DG EMPL in the European Commission since August 2025.
He has previously led units responsible for ESF+ coordination, Romania and Bulgaria, the European Semester (EU economic governance), and budget discharge and relations with the European Court of Auditors.
Mr Jutte is a macro economist by training.
