Biography
Ștefan is the CEO of BCR Social Finance, the special program of the Erste Foundation, Erste Group, and BCR, created to support entrepreneurs and education in Romania. For 12 years, he has also been the President of the non-governmental organization Let’s Do It, Romania!, which has mobilized over 2,4 million volunteers in its educational and environmental volunteer activities. He holds an EMBA from the WU Executive Academy and completed a Business Sustainability program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He has over 18 years of experience, having worked throughout this period in multinational companies active in the financial sector.
