Biography
Thomas Grandjouan is Head of EU Government Affairs & Policy at Kyndryl. Kyndryl is a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services offering advisory, implementation and managed service capabilities to organisations across the European Union. As the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, the company designs, builds, manages, and modernizes the complex information systems that the world depends on every day.
As Head of EU Government Affairs & Policy, Thomas leads the company’s engagement with EU stakeholders and contributes to the company’s policy-related and public-impact initiatives. He coordinates Kyndryl’s participation in the EU Cybersecurity Skills Academy and oversees Kyndryl’s European-wide cybersecurity-skills pledge ‘Kyndryl: Powering cyber skills for all’, published on the EU’s Digital Skills and Jobs Platform. Prior to joining Kyndryl, Thomas led the technology policy team of an advisory firm in Brussels and has directed advocacy efforts for a European NGO specialised in cybersecurity & counter-disinformation policy. He holds a MA in EU law, politics and economics from Sciences Po.
