Biography
Dr Carlos Tapia works as Senior Research Fellow at Nordregio, the Nordic Centre for regional development, policy and planning. Mr Tapia has a background as Economic Geographer and is specialised in the application of empirical research methods and statistical learning tools for sustainable and inclusive territorial development. His current research interests are the exploration of territorial inequalities, social vulnerability and regional economic impacts driven by the green transitions.
