Biography
Lorenzo Giornelli was born on 02/27/1990 in Città di Castello, when he was only 18 he entered the family business to deal with the internationalization of the company. During his first job experience he graduated in Law at the University of Perugia with a thesis on: The International Sale and Purchase Agreement and the Internationalization of the Company, after graduation he immediately entered the ceramic company of which today after a relocation made by previous owner 3 years ago is a partner. In 2019 the company was recovered by workers in a cooperative form through the Worker Buy Out, in just 3 years it doubled its turnover and staff and structured important partnerships abroad also with international organizations such as the United Nations. Today Lorenzo is specializing in a further training course at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome on the topic of business internationalization and Green transition and plans to start a new Master's degree at the University of Economics of Bologna in 2023 in the Economics of Italian Cooperation.
