Biography
Professor Valerio de Stefano, Phd, is the Canada research chair in Innovation, Law and Society at Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, Canada. He was previously a Professor in Labour Law at the KU Leuven and an Officer of the International Labour Office in Geneva. He published extensively in the field of labour and technology, artificial intelligence and society, algorithmic management and platform work and has been the principal investigator for various major grants on these topics. He holds a Phd from Bocconi University, Milan.
