Andrew Aquilina is Chief Operating Officer within the Malta Chamber of SMEs, specializing in policy research and advocacy for a number of widespread economic sectors representing the Maltese Economy.
He leads the development of evidence-based position papers on critical areas such as transport, education, retail and EU funding, ensuring the interests of SMEs are effectively represented. Work includes conducting in-depth policy analysis, monitoring legislative developments, and engaging with stakeholders at national and EU levels.
His expertise lies in bridging research with actionable policy, fostering impactful outcomes for the SME community.
