Biography
Director-General of the European Trade Union Institute since October 2024, Andrew specialises in European economic, employment, and social policies. Previously, he was head of unit European macroeconomic policy at the Macroeconomic Policy Institute (IMK) of the Hans-Böckler Foundation in Germany. Current foci of Andrew's work at the ETUI include the productivity and competitiveness debate and ensuring working families participate in the benefits, notably by strengthening collective bargaining.
