Biography
Willem De Klerck is a senior policy advisor at the Flemish Ministry of Work, Economy, Science, Innovation and Social Economy.
In this role, he has been advising research and policy in Flanders for over 17 years, especially in the field of employment and skills.
Willem De Klerck was also appointed as a national coordinator for Belgium within the framework of the European “year of skills”.
