In this live Q&A session, Vincent Kompany, Head Coach of FC Bayern München and founder of BX Brussels, shared his experience of using football as a tool for social inclusion. 

Kompany explained how BX Brussels uses football to support disadvantaged young people in Brussels, providing them with a structured environment where they can develop confidence, discipline and teamwork. The initiative aims to give young people equal opportunities and help them build pathways towards education and employment. 

He highlighted the role that sport can play in creating a positive and supportive community, where young people from different backgrounds can meet, learn from each other and grow. 

Kompany also called for stronger cooperation and investment to expand similar initiatives. By bringing together public authorities, organisations and communities, sport can help create opportunities for disadvantaged young people and support their social and professional inclusion.
