Biography
Eni (Eleni) Koukoula holds a degree in History from the University of Athens, with a postgraduate degree from King's College, University of London. She has been an executive of MOD SA since 1998, while previously (for 7 years) she served as Head of the Vocational Training Department at EEDE (Hellenic Business Administration Society) and as a Junior Executive at BP Ltd, in London.
She is currently Head of the Evaluation Unit of EYSEKT for European Fund actions in the Special Coordination Authority of the Ministry of Economy.
She specializes in evaluation issues of Structural Funds (mainly ESF and ESF+) - emphasis on Training & Development, youth programmes and social exclusion and cohesion policy.
In the field of evaluation, she has been involved more broadly since 2001, with an emphasis on the coordination, designing and implementation of relevant studies. She follows international developments in evaluation methodologies and represents Greece in ESF+ Evaluation & Monitoring Partnership in the EU Directorate-General for Employment and other forums. She is also actively involved in the field of artistic photography, with exhibitions and publications for 30 years, in Greece and abroad.
