Biography
Ms Federica Margheri is Executive Director of the European Health Management Association (EHMA), where she leads the organisation’s strategic direction and represents the voice of health management at European and international level. She engages with the European Parliament, the European Commission, the World Health Organization and other key stakeholders to promote health management as a driver of resilient, sustainable and people-centred health systems.
She works closely with EHMA’s membership, Board of Directors and Secretariat, overseeing the Association’s EU-funded projects, partnerships and flagship events, and strengthening its role in policy dialogue and research collaboration across Europe.
Ms Margheri brings over 15 years of experience in governance, project and financial management within European and international organisations, including the European Commission and the European Parliament. She holds Master’s degrees in Policy and Diplomacy and in International Affairs and Diplomacy.
