Biography
Besides coordinating services with numerous local stakeholders to guarantee a solid support network for disadvantaged clients seeking to enhance their employability level and enter the labour market, Juan has led various ERASMUS+ projects aimed at upskilling Jobsplus staff and introducing new services within the organisation.
Juan was the Project Leader for the ALMAlta pilot project and is now the Project Coordinator for the new ALMA programme incorporated under the Youth Guarantee 3.0. He is also the Project Leader for atWork4NEETs within the Interreg Europe framework, where Jobsplus is the lead partner.
