Biography
Laure Coussirat-Coustère joined Adie in 1999. Mobilized on field activities with entrepreneurs, she developed Adie in Paris’ suburbs for 5 years, with a particular focus on deprived areas.
She then joined the Adie headquarters in 2004 to manage the network in metropolitan France and overseas, develop innovative distribution projects in deprived urban and rural areas, and create new financial services (personal microcredit, microinsurance).
She then specialized in the management of central services: call centers, recovery, digital marketing. Since 2018, as Deputy Director General, she supervises finance, human resources, and information systems.
Laure is Board Member of the European Microfinance Network since 2019 and President since 2021.
