Marina Kushniarevich is an International Project Leader and renewable energy professional with extensive experience working across the European Union. She is Director of Renew Engineering UAB (Lithuania) and IberiaRenew Engineering Lda (Portugal), delivering solar energy and engineering projects across multiple EU markets, with a strong focus on the Baltic States and the Iberian region. Her work includes cross-border project coordination, management of multinational teams, and alignment of technical activities with EU regulatory, employment, and sustainability frameworks. Marina has hands-on experience in workforce mobility, qualification recognition, and cooperation with public and private stakeholders within the EU. Her professional focus lies at the intersection of the green energy transition, labour mobility, and responsible business development in Europe.
