Biography
Markus Löbbert is responsible for the implementation of several ESF+ programmes. He sees ALMA as a win-win programme which combines very good labour market integration results with lifelong lasting improved self-confidence. And he is sure there is an additional triple win aspect: Thanks to ALMA the EU can transfer the idea of Social Europe into a real positive personal experience for disadvantaged young people.
