Biography
Miriam Rosa is an expert in social and organisational psychology and the Director of the Innovation Centre at QSR–Talent Driven Culture (Quasar Human Capital). With a long standing background in scientific research and deep expertise in human behaviour, she contributes to strategic initiatives that advance workforce transformation, skills intelligence, and human centred innovation across high tech sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Maritime, and Energy. Her work brings rigorous analytical thinking to industry challenges, translating insights on human factors and organisational dynamics into practical strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and support inclusive, future ready skills development, including considerations for under represented groups in the labour market. Alongside her engagement in cross sector collaboration and support for organisations navigating technological and workforce transitions, she also contributes to higher education and academic advancement as a collaborator researcher and invited professor at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon.
