Biography

Paul has supported national and European developments in education and training for more than 30 years. Initially operating in the vocational guidance sector and helping to establish the UK Euroguidance Centre, Paul then relocated to Brussels (2001-2006) to support delivery of European Commission’s higher and vocational education programmes. Paul continues to support innovative developments in education and training, through a wide variety of actions and services covering both policy and implementation and with activities extending to research, training, capacity-building, skills development, event moderation, evaluation and assessment on behalf of many different clients at national, European and international levels, including the European Commission, Scottish Government and a wide range of bodies and authorities tasked with financing educational partnership and mobility. Expert consultant to numerous networks and partnerships working to recognise innovation and good practice in education and training. Event facilitator and trainer working directly with Erasmus+ National Agencies in many European countries.
