Biography

Roberta Fabrizi, an Italian lawyer, has worked in labour inspection since 2011, first as Director of Territorial Offices and, since 2013, as Head of Unit responsible for international affairs in this field. She has served as Italy’s alternate member to SLIC since 2013, participating in all plenaries and contributing to EU discussions on enforcement priorities. Since its establishment, she has been a member of ELA’s WG Inspections and has acted as National Coordinator in several Concerted and Joint Inspections with other Member States to address abuses in transnational posting, breaches of labour mobility rules and related social dumping practices, strengthening cross-border cooperation.

She is also a member of the ELA Forum 360 posting and previously of the Commission’s expert group on posting. Since 2024, she has been alternate member of ELA’s European Platform tackling undeclared work. Since 2020, she has worked on EU- and nationally funded projects against trafficking and labour exploitation in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration, supporting integrated prevention and enforcement actions.
