Description
The seminar was organised by MoveS in collaboration with its UK national expert Simon Roberts. MoveS is an EC-funded network of independent experts from 32 European countries coordinated by Eftheia and Deloitte.
Brexit has impacted every area of UK economic, political and social life including the lives of people who exercised their right to free movement before the end of the Transition period on 31 December 2020 and those who have moved between the EU and the UK from 1 January 2021. The former are covered by the Withdrawal Agreement, the latter by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement. A conversation amongst stakeholders to explore whether the two Agreements are meeting their aims is timely.
