The seminar focused on the EU–Switzerland Bilateral Agreements and the upcoming changes concerning social security, working conditions, and second-pillar (occupational pension) issues. It also examined the French reform of unemployment benefits and its impact on cross-border employment in Switzerland. Furthermore, it illustrated the advantages that EU social law brings to national social security institutions, using cross-border subrogation as a practical example.
