The TLD featured presentations from the host PES on:
- UWV governance, strategy and the implications on performance management;
- Presentation on PES performance management framework and system;
- KPIs on outcome and evidence-based services;
- KPIs on outcome, a local office perspective.
Participating PES identified crucial needs in relation to their work on KPIs focused on outcome, potential need for further information and support, as well as ways of adapting the approach presented by the Dutch PES (Werk) to their institutional, organisational and economic conditions.
