The WISE Final Conference will present evidence, results and good practices from the WISE ESF+ project, fostering dialogue on scaling up the Holistic Support Centre (HSC) model and advocating for policies that support the integration of refugee and migrant women across Europe.
Based on the project's implementation and independent evaluation, the conference will showcase how an integrated, person-centred approach combining holistic case management, mental health and psychosocial support, employment and job-readiness services, language learning, group and community-building activities, strong stakeholder partnerships and referral networks, and dedicated spaces with childcare provision can boost migrant women's skills, employability and labour market integration, wellbeing, access to public services and long-term social inclusion.
The event will bring together policymakers, regional and local authorities, employment services, education providers, civil society organisations and practitioners to discuss how the HSC model can be adapted, replicated and embedded into regional integration policies across Europe.
