Description

This joint Cedefop and ETF publication examines how EU Member States, Iceland, Norway and five candidate countries (Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Türkiye) have implemented the common vocational education and training (VET) priorities set out in the Council Recommendation on VET and in the Osnabrück Declaration.

The report is based on integrated monitoring that covers national implementation plans, policy developments, interviews with national stakeholders and statistical data. It shows significant progress in implementing VET priorities, with notable achievements in making VET systems agile, flexible, innovative, and quality-assured.
