On the 28 September, from 14h00 to 15h00 CET, the European Commission is organizing a virtual event to mark the launch of its Together for Rights campaign. The campaign is part of the Strategy for the Rights of Persons with disabilities and its objective is to promote the rights of persons with disabilities in the EU and beyond.

Description
After a welcoming address by Commissioner for Equality Helena Dalli and remarks from the European Disability Forum President, Mr. Ioannis Vardakastanis, there will be a short campaign presentation and we will take questions from guests in attendance.
The event will be accessible for persons with disabilities, with live sign language interpretation and captioning. It is addressed to disability stakeholders and campaign supporters and registration is open to everyone who wants to attend.
