EAfA Communities are hubs for members to collaborate and share knowledge. They facilitate the exchange of best practices, the formation of partnerships and the collective strengthening of apprenticeships across the EU and beyond. Each Community focuses on specific areas such as learning mobility, social inclusion, gender equality, the green and digital transitions or the role of cities and regions in advancing apprenticeships. The Community on Higher Apprenticeships provides members with a new platform for meaningful discussions and initiatives.
Led by Lubelska Akademia WSEI and EURES Puglia, Policies and Labour Market Department, Puglia region, this Community will promote apprenticeship programmes at the level of higher VET and beyond. Focus areas include advancing digitalisation in apprenticeships, developing transversal skills for the evolving job market and fostering inclusion, accessibility and mobility. Members will meet online regularly and occasionally in person to network, exchange ideas, discuss thematic priorities and create and share resources.
