Webinar: Adult learning in the workplace: benefits and implementation strategies

Delivered by expert speakers Simon Broek from Ockham IPS and Ramona Carmen David Craescu from Cedefop, the sixth EAfA webinar discussed adult learning in the workplace with a specific focus on apprenticeships for adults. They explored the importance of adult learning and highlighted the benefits it has for individuals, companies, VET providers and society. 

The speakers looked closely at the conditions that stimulate learning in the workplace and the characteristics of apprenticeship schemes for adults.
