The EQAVET Annual Network meetings gather EU quality assurance representatives in VET, National Reference Points, EU bodies staff members and experts. Attendees included 54 participants from 33 countries (25 EU Member States and 8 non-EU countries).

The peer review was organised by the Spanish EQAVET National Reference Point (NRP) at the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports, in close cooperation with the Department of Education, Vocational Training, Physical Activity and Sport, Government of the Canary Islands

The primary objective of the Peer Review was to obtain expert feedback on the Quality Assurance Model in Adult Education in Croatia, with particular emphasis on the external evaluation of adult education institutions.

The EQAVET peer review provided an opportunity for Austria to receive an external, European perspective on the development of a new Quality Management System for the Education Authority, aligned with the national Quality Management System for Schools
