Biography
Patrick BENAMMAR joined Renault Group in 2018 as Learning & Development Vice-President, after a rich HR career in Siemens France and Valeo. Amid a challenging transformation period for the automotive industry, he is leading the training and skills development dynamic within the Group, in collaboration with the countries & entities training teams.
Since its creation in 2021, Patrick is heading ReKnow University and its 5 academies. ReKnow University aims to support the up- and re-skilling needs to shape the mobility of the future. Unique in France, it covers 5 themes on new automotive value chains as Electrification, Data & AI, Software & Cybersecurity, Circular economy, Industrial Excellence. Not only dedicated to Renault Group employees but to the whole industry, Reknow University already trained nearly 40,000 people in less than four years.
