Policy review of R&I on access to affordable and good-quality housing - Evidence from the EU

This report summarizes existing academic research and relevant case studies of policies across the EU aimed at promoting housing affordability. This also includes a review of policy instruments that are designed to enhance affordability of investments in green sustainable housing by households.
