Preparatory study on the future EU funding in the areas of employment, skills and social inclusion

This study examines the current performance and future challenges of EU funding in the areas of employment, skills, and social inclusion—focusing on the ESF+, the EGF, and InvestEU’s Social Investment and Skills Window (SISW). Based on desk research, stakeholder interviews, an online survey, and focus group discussions, the study identifies key problems and structural drivers affecting the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance of the funds.
