Description
This study delivers a synthesis of the available evidence on 16 ESF-co-funded instruments in Germany that offer a contribution to the individual costs of job-related adult learning and the individual costs of up- and reskilling as well as instruments that provide contributions to the up- and reskilling costs of employers. Instruments were monitored based on available information for the ESF funding period 2014-2020.
