Study supporting the preliminary evaluation of the support provided by ESF and FEAD under the Coronavirus Response Investment Initiatives (CRII and CRII+)

The report assesses the immediate response of the European Social Fund and the European Fund for the Most Deprived to the Covid-19 pandemic. It focuses on the process of reacting to the crisis. It also takes stock of the operations implemented in the thematic areas of employment, healthcare, social inclusion and education to mitigate the effects of the Covid-19 crisis. The report includes lessons learnt on the use and the role of the ESF and FEAD in a crisis context.
