Description
The event examined six national PES innovations:
- Greece: myDYPAlive – new online platform, offering counselling to employers and jobseekers, with interpretation in 14 languages (DYPA) ;
- France: Soft skills identification through gaming (‘Minetest’) as a lever to identify and promote new career paths for job seekers (Pole-emploi);
- The Netherlands: Capacity to act and using behavioural science for better policies and services design (UWV);
- Norway: A new way to collaborate and co-create with young users – strengths and challenges (NAV);
- Germany: New Plan – the tool for vocational orientation for people in working life (Bundesagentur für Arbeit);
- Lithuania: PES approach to career counselling for youth: Regional Career Centres (UZT).
Participants included representatives of 16 Public Employment Services (PES) and the European Commission, with the Greek PES DYPA, hosting the event.
