Toolkit: Using the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) for Staff Training in Independent Living Support

This toolkit presents how stakeholders may use the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) to finance staff training to support independent living and community inclusion of persons with support needs. In doing so, it presents a number of ESF and ESF+-funded projects on staff training and identifies several good practices to be taken into consideration in designing projects on staff training. It finally presents a checklist of considerations which may be taken by key stakeholders, such as Managing authorities, public authorities, stakeholder who wish to apply for funding and monitoring committees, in preparing and implementing ESF+ projects on staff training in independent living support.
