EU Fundamental Rights for Cross- Border Workers, Latest Developments and Grass-Root Implications

The aim of the seminar was to monitor the latest developments on the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and its application in the field of the freedom of movement of persons and the co-ordination of social security and to discuss the implications of these developments for legal practice in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
