EAfA members invited to join the ninth EAfA Seminar for Partner Countries

The European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) and the European Training Foundation (ETF), in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation of Albania, are excited to announce the ninth annual seminar for EAfA Partner Countries. The event will take place on 17–18 October 2024 in Tirana, Albania.

Bringing together key stakeholders 

This year's seminar will gather a diverse range of stakeholders, including government bodies, businesses, social partners, chambers of commerce, vocational education and training providers, regional authorities, youth representatives and other relevant entities from Member States and ETF Partner Countries. 

Spotlight on apprenticeship practices 

The seminar will delve into two significant themes: Apprentice assessment and Apprenticeships for adults. Attendees will benefit from presentations on the latest policy updates related to apprenticeships and work-based learning in selected EAfA Partner Countries, providing a comprehensive overview of current practices and challenges in these areas. 

First-hand learning opportunities 

In addition to engaging presentations, attendees will have the unique opportunity to visit vocational training sites in Tirana. These site visits will provide valuable insights into work-based learning practices in Albania, offering a closer look at how local schools, companies, managers, trainers and learners collaborate to deliver effective apprenticeship programs.
