Description

The event is aimed at ESF+ managing authorities and other national entities which are in charge of the implementation of ESF+-programmes.

It will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia from Thursday 19 May 2022, 10:00 am until Friday, 20 May 2022, 12:00 am (more details about the venue, transport and accommodation possibilities can be found here).

Background

The ALMA initiative (“Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve”) aims to support disadvantaged young people not in education, vocational training or employment to integrate into the labour market in their home country, following a supervised work-related learning experience in another EU country.

ALMA will be implemented under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and it will be one of the key initiatives of the European Commission under the European Year of Youth 2022.

Agenda

This technical meeting will offer the opportunity to learn more about the ALMA initiative, existing support and tools, and to ask practical questions. The event will include workshops and presentations with in-depth information on all aspects of the setup and implementation of ALMA programmes. It will also include networking sessions, to connect member states and regions who are interested in the initiative.
